GOVERNANCE OF THE DIVERSE PRODUCTS BUSINESS UNIT
The companies belonging to the Diversified Products Business Unit,
100% controlled by Feralpi Group, base their Governance
on the following values: fairness, transparency, inclusion, and respect
for the individual. We believe that to have a positive impact on the
entire value chain and towards our Stakeholders, a responsible
approach to social and environmental issues is essential. For
this reason, we adopt correct and ethical management in terms of regulatory
compliance (from antitrust to anti-corruption), internal management, and
reporting.
Through the adoption of the Group's Code of Ethics,
we can define and apply our corporate culture
and our standards of conduct in a shared way, to have a
welcoming and inclusive work environment. We want to achieve
sustainable growth, seeking the best operating conditions for
work performance and guaranteeing the production and development
of quality products.
The Code expresses our ethical commitments and responsibilities in conducting the business activities undertaken by the people who make up our organization or who collaborate with it. Anyone who maintains working relationships with the Business Unit is required to comply with the Code and report any violations.
