To this end, a communication channel is in place for whistleblowing and reporting violations of the Code and of the Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01. All whistleblowers are guaranteed the utmost protection, confidentiality and protection against any form of retaliation, coercion, discomfort or discrimination, in compliance with the European Directive EU 2019/1937 on whistleblowing and Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
